For Superior Court cases initiated after January 1, 2010, copies of all public case documents are available through the Secretary of State’s Digital Archives.
For Superior Court cases initiated prior to January 1, 2010, copies of all public case documents filed with the Clerk after November, 2017, are available through the Secretary of State’s Digital Archives.
Older records and all confidential and sealed records may only be obtained directly from the Clerk’s office.
Records processed today by the Clerk’s office will generally be available after 5:00pm daily. Follow this link https://digitalarchives.wa.gov/Collections/TitleInfo/2719 and type your case number into the Case Number search field. Alternately, you may search on the name of a litigant by typing into the Keywords search field.
