JCPH is offering free classes to homeowners about septic system operation, maintenance, and inspection. Homeowners who complete the course may be eligible for authorization from JCPH to complete their own septic system monitoring inspections. This authorization allows homeowners to maintain their systems at a low cost. Check back for upcoming classes this fall.
