The Environmental Health Division of Jefferson County Public Health manages a number of programs designed to assure the safe service of food throughout the county. The programs include permits, training and inspection of workers, premises and facilities.
Food Safety Inspector Hours
The Food Safety Inspector is available for your questions during "walk in" hours at the Environmental Public Health Office located at 617 Sheridan Street, Port Townsend, WA. You may also call our front desk at (360) 385-9444 during this time and request to speak to an inspector. If you call outside these hours, and an inspector is not available, we will respond to your call within 2 business days.
