Jefferson County Public Health is seeking the services of a multi-discipline consulting team to characterize the geomorphology and salmon habitat of the Powerlines/Lazy C Reach of the lower Dosewallips River, perform hydraulic modeling, and develop three conceptual designs to restore habitat for Hood Canal summer chum and Chinook salmon, leading to enhanced community resiliency for people and fish.
