Maternity Support Services (MSS)

Maternity Support Services (MSS) provides preventative health education to help pregnant people have healthy pregnancies, births, and babies. MSS may include pregnancy and parenting information, screening and guidance on specific health concerns, and referrals to community resources. A pregnant person can participate in MSS if she is:

    Pregnant or 60 days postpartum
    On Apple Health

All pregnant people who meet the two above criteria are encouraged to participate in MSS as early as possible during their pregnancy.

Infant Case Management (ICM) offers families information and assistance in accessing medical, social, and educational resources for their infant.

Services are provided by a team of nurses, dieticians, behavioral health specialists, and community health worker/educators, and can be provided thru virtual, phone, clinic, home, or community visits.
