Maternity Support Services (MSS)

Maternity Support Services (MSS) provides preventative health education to help pregnant women have healthy pregnancies, births, and babies. All women are encouraged to participate in MSS as early as possible during their pregnancy. MSS may include pregnancy and parenting information, screening and guidance on specific health concerns, and referrals to community resources. A pregnant woman can participate in MSS if she is:

  • On Apple Health

Infant Case Management (ICM) offers families information and assistance in accessing medical, social and educational resources for their infant.

Services are provided by a team of nurses, dieticians, behavioral health specialists, and community health worker/educators, and can be provided in the clinic, home, or community setting.
